Account Eligibility Requirements

To be eligible to open and maintain a btd678 account, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and on an ongoing basis throughout the life of your account:

• You are at least 21 years of age.
• You are acting on your own behalf as a private individual and not on behalf of any third party.
• You are using funds that belong to you and that have not been obtained through unlawful means.
• You are not a person to whom providing online gambling services is prohibited under applicable law.
• You have not previously been excluded, banned, or suspended from the btd678 platform or any associated service.
• You hold only one registered account on the btd678 platform. Duplicate accounts are strictly prohibited.
• All registration information you provide is accurate, complete, and up to date.

Account Verification (KYC)

btd678 operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. We may request supporting documentation at any stage, including at registration, before processing a withdrawal, or following unusual account activity. Accepted documents include a valid National ID Card (NID), passport, or other government-issued identification. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the requested timeframe may result in account suspension and withholding of funds pending investigation.

One Account Per Player

Each player is permitted to hold exactly one registered account on btd678. Opening multiple accounts — whether under the same identity or different identities — constitutes a material breach of these Terms. btd678 reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts, void any winnings or bonuses derived from duplicate accounts, and permanently ban the player from the platform without prior notice.

Deposits

The minimum deposit on btd678 is ৳200. All deposits are credited to your account balance in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). Deposits are generally processed in real time. btd678 does not charge fees on deposits; however, your mobile financial service provider may apply their own transaction charges, for which btd678 accepts no responsibility.

You may only deposit funds from payment accounts registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts are prohibited. Any deposit found to originate from a third-party account may be voided and the funds returned to the source account, less any processing costs incurred.

Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawals for fully verified accounts are typically processed within five minutes during normal operating hours. During periods of high volume or for accounts pending additional KYC review, processing times may be extended.

btd678 reserves the right to carry out additional verification checks before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawals may be delayed or withheld pending satisfactory completion of KYC procedures. Any bonus funds subject to active wagering requirements cannot be withdrawn until those requirements have been met in full.

Refused and Reversed Transactions

btd678 reserves the right to refuse or reverse any deposit or withdrawal that is suspected to be connected with fraudulent activity, money laundering, or a breach of these Terms. If a chargeback or reversal is initiated by a player against a confirmed deposit, btd678 reserves the right to suspend the account, void all associated winnings, and pursue recovery through appropriate legal channels.

General Bonus Terms

All bonuses, free bets, free spins, cashback offers, and other promotional incentives offered by btd678 are subject to specific terms and conditions published alongside each promotion. In the event of any conflict between a promotion-specific term and these general Terms, the promotion-specific term shall take precedence for that promotion only.

• Bonuses are available to eligible registered players aged 21 and above only.
• Each bonus offer may only be claimed once per player, per household, per device, and per IP address unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and hold no cash value until all associated wagering requirements have been fulfilled.
• btd678 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus offer at any time without prior notice.
• Any attempt to abuse or exploit bonus offers — including but not limited to bonus arbitrage, multi-accounting, or collusion — will result in immediate forfeiture of all bonus funds and may result in permanent account closure.

Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements as specified in the individual promotion terms. Wagering requirements must be met using real-money bets placed on eligible games. Certain game categories — including but not limited to live dealer tables, specific jackpot slots, and sports betting accumulators with odds below stated minimums — may contribute at a reduced rate or not at all toward wagering requirements. The applicable contribution rate for each game category will be stated in the promotion-specific terms.

Game Integrity and RNG

All casino games available on btd678 — including slots, live dealer games, and crash games — are supplied by licensed third-party game studios including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi. These studios operate independently certified Random Number Generators (RNGs) that ensure all game outcomes are fair, random, and unpredictable. Sports Betting Rules

Minimum and maximum bet limits apply per market and may vary between events. btd678 reserves the right to restrict maximum stake amounts for individual players without prior notice.

Prohibited Betting Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the btd678 platform and may result in account suspension, voiding of bets and winnings, and permanent exclusion:

• Placing bets using automated software, bots, or scripts.
• Exploiting software errors, technical faults, or display glitches to place bets at incorrect odds.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game or bet outcomes.
• Engaging in matched betting or arbitrage strategies using btd678 bonus funds.
• Any activity that btd678 reasonably believes constitutes cheating, fraud, or manipulation of the platform.

Self-Exclusion

Any player may request a voluntary self-exclusion period of 30 days, 90 days, 6 months, 12 months, or permanent exclusion. Self-exclusion requests must be submitted via the account settings panel or by contacting support. Once a self-exclusion is active, btd678 will use reasonable efforts to prevent the player from accessing their account and will not send promotional communications for the duration of the exclusion. Circumventing a self-exclusion by opening a new account is a breach of these Terms.

Deposit Limits

Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits from their account settings at any time. Limit increases are subject to a mandatory 72-hour cooling-off period before taking effect. Limit reductions take effect immediately. btd678 strongly encourages all players to set deposit limits as part of responsible management of their gaming activity.

Ownership of Platform Content

All content on the btd678 platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, data compilations, and software — is the property of btd678 or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only in accordance with these Terms.

You may not reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, or exploit any portion of the btd678 platform, or access the platform, or use any of its content or technology for commercial purposes without the express prior written consent of btd678.

Personal Data

btd678 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms and is incorporated herein by reference. By using the btd678 platform, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. Your data is never sold to third parties and is protected using SSL/TLS encryption across all platform interactions.

Platform Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, btd678 shall not be liable to any player for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with the use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, interruption of service, or technical malfunction, whether or not btd678 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

In the event of a technical fault or software error that results in a game being incorrectly displayed or an incorrect payout being processed, btd678 reserves the right to void the affected round(s) and recalculate or correct payouts. Any winnings paid as a result of a manifest error are not valid and must be returned to btd678 on request.

Grounds for Suspension or Closure

btd678 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion and without prior notice if it has reasonable grounds to believe that any of the following applies:

• A breach of any provision of these Terms has occurred or is suspected.
• The account has been used for fraudulent, criminal, or unlawful activity.
• The player has provided false, misleading, or incomplete registration or KYC information.
• The player is found to be under 21 years of age.
• The player holds multiple accounts on the platform.
• Continued operation of the account poses a risk to the integrity of the platform or to other players.

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, any remaining balance may be withheld pending investigation. Where no breach is established, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds) will be returned to the player via the most recent withdrawal method.

Player-Initiated Account Closure

A player may request closure of their btd678 account at any time by contacting the support team. Prior to closure, any pending withdrawal requests will be processed in the normal course. Any active bonus balances will be forfeited upon account closure. Accounts closed at the player's request may be reopened subject to standard verification procedures, unless the closure was requested as part of a responsible gaming self-exclusion, in which case a mandatory cooling-off period applies.

Jurisdiction

btd678 operates as an offshore gaming platform. These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which btd678 is registered and licensed. Players are solely responsible for determining whether online gambling is lawful in their own jurisdiction before registering and playing on the btd678 platform.

In the event of any dispute between a player and btd678 arising from or in connection with these Terms, the parties shall first attempt to resolve the matter informally by contacting the btd678 support team. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within 30 days of the initial contact, both parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of btd678's operating jurisdiction.

Language

These Terms are written in English and English is the controlling language for all legal and contractual purposes. Any translation of these Terms provided for convenience purposes shall not be legally binding and shall not override the English version in the event of any conflict or ambiguity.
